Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to all services, quotes and agreements of Lams IT Solutions, established at Peterseliestraat 5, 8460 Westkerke, Belgium. By using our services, you accept these conditions.

2. Services

Lams IT Solutions offers the following services:

  • Computer repair and maintenance
  • Wifi and network installation
  • Windows installation and configuration
  • Printer and peripheral installation
  • AI automations for businesses
  • ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot training
  • Web design and custom websites
  • No-code and low-code automations

The exact scope of services is discussed in advance and, where applicable, documented in a quote.

3. Quotes and prices

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. A standard home intervention starts from €75.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Bancontact
  • Bank transfer

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may incur statutory interest.

5. Execution of services

We aim to respond to enquiries within 2 hours and execute services as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the client to termination or compensation in case of delay.

6. Liability

Lams IT Solutions endeavours to perform services to the best of its ability. Our liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant service. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss — we always recommend clients make a backup beforehand
  • Indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profits
  • Disruptions caused by third parties, third-party software or force majeure

7. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on repairs carried out. This means that if the same problem recurs within that period, we will re-examine it free of charge. This warranty does not apply to new problems, damage caused by the client, or third-party software updates.

8. Cancellation

A scheduled intervention can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a fee of €25 for the reserved time.

9. Intellectual property

Websites, automations and other digital products developed by Lams IT Solutions become the property of the client upon full payment. The use of open-source components or third-party services (e.g. Make.com, n8n) remains subject to the respective licence terms.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please consult our privacy policy for more information. privacybeleid.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In case of disputes, we first seek an amicable solution. If this fails, the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

Lams IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these conditions. The most recent version is always available on this page.
